Mrs. Cheyenne Adey (CES)
Mrs. Adey is a great teacher. She has a positive outlook on her classroom and is always seeking to learn new things. She wants the best for her students and does all that she can to promote learning and growth.
Mr. Tanner Barnes (CMS)
Coach Barnes has been a great addition to our building. He has high expectations for his students and players while still being someone that they enjoy being around and that they respect. He is also willing to help out wherever needed to make sure that things run smoothly in our building.
Mr. Rance Beller (CHS)
Coach Beller always holds his students to the highest of standards.
Mr. Glen Cox (CHS)
Mr. Cox is always inquiring about and checking in with his student athletes regarding their wellness, nutrition and mental health. He's caring, approachable and always thinking what's best for his students!
Mr. Robert Crewse (CHS)
Mr. Crewse is awesome! He is very supportive of our kids and is always able to put a smile on their faces.
Ms. Emily Dobson (CMS)
Ms. Dobson has been a great addition to the Middle School. She cares about kids and works to build relationships with them while also creating engaging lessons. She incorporates projects in her class to keep kids wanting to learn.
Ms. Dobson has created a fun and inviting learning environment. Her students love to have her in class and are always excited to be around her. Additionally, Ms. Dobson volunteers her time to run clock for games and helps after school with band supervision when asked. Ms. Dobson is such an asset to CMS.
Mrs. Amber Dotson (CHS)
She's student driven, success for students and so encouraging to all staff and all around joy!
Mrs. Taylor Goforth (CES)
Mrs. Goforth works hard to meet the needs of her students and is always finding new ways to help students learn math concepts. She always has a smile for everyone and is a bright spot in my day!
Mrs. Margie Emery (CES)
Mrs. Emery is a wonderful teacher who works hard to meet the needs of her students. She fosters a positive and effective learning environment. She makes learning fun with lots of hands-on activities that students truly enjoy.
Mrs. Emery has been an exceptional mentor to me during my first year of teaching. She is always willing to lend a hand when needed, no questions asked. She has helped contribute to me being a better educator as I am learning new things all the time. Beyond being my mentor she continues to instill greatness in her students. Mrs. Emery always does what is best for her students and makes learning fun for them.
Mrs. Samantha Harden (CES)
Mrs. Harden has been a wonderful addition to our district. She has an amazing way to reach all students and help them become better readers. Her knowledge about reading and different ways to teach reading is a great asset to our Elementary School.
Samantha has been a great addition to our team. She strives to always do what is best for students, prioritizes collaborative relationships with colleagues, and brings a great deal of reading instruction knowledge with her. I am grateful for the contributions she has made to our building.
Mrs. Cassidy Lovan (CHS)
Mrs. Lovan is a fun and energetic educator! She plans out fun and engaging art projects for our high school students.
Mrs. Sara Long(CMS)
Sara is an amazing teacher who is able to get the very best out of each of her students. She beams positivity which is evident when looking at the growth of her students throughout the years. She shows kindness and understanding to all.
Mrs. Lisa McCoy (CES)
Mrs. Lisa McCoy is an amazing reading intervention teacher. She is so supportive to all students and staff. We are so blessed and thankful for her at CES.
Mrs. Lacy Moore (CMS)
Mrs. Moore is a rockstar! She is always thinking and finding new ways to make her class exciting!
Mrs. Sarah Prock (CES)
Sarah is incredibly detailed and organized. She is a data queen! Sarah makes decisions based on what is best for students. She tracks growth to ensure interventions work and makes changes based on student needs. Sarah truly cares about students and goes above and beyond to care for others, including staff! We are thankful and blessed to have her on our campus!
Ms. Victoria Sigman (CES)
Mrs. Sigman is highly deserving of the Teacher of the Month honor for a multitude of reasons. She consistently demonstrates professionalism, exceptional organizational skills, and unwavering dedication. Her commitment to ensuring that each student reaches their full potential is evident in everything she does. It is a joy to work alongside such an exceptional educator.
I nominate Victoria Sigman because she works very hard to educate her students. She genuinely cares for them and prepares them for success. She is stern and kind at the same time and the students love her. She has also helped me in so many ways as her para.
Mrs. Tristan Slater (CES)
Tristan is a phenomenal teacher. She implements fun and engaging lessons on a regular basis. She works so hard to meet the needs of all her students.
Mr. Jeffrey Stuart (CHS)
He works with our special education students and gets the most out of them.
Mr. Jeremy Thompson (CHS)
Mr. Thompson is such a positive role model for our students. Kids look forward to his classes and have such great things to say. He truly cares and wants the best for our students.
Jeremy is always super positive and uplifting to our students and staff. He always has a smile on his face and makes the students feel welcome. In the classroom, Jeremy is able to incorporate a lot of interesting labs that help the students better understand the concepts of science that they are learning about.
Mr. Thompson is a friendly and kind person. He is always helpful, and students really enjoy his class.
Mrs. Juliet VonAllmen (CES)
I am nominating Juliet Vanollmen because she is a hardworking SPED teacher. She directs with certainty and kindness to the children.
Mr. Jason VonAllmen (CMS)
Mr. V is always willing to help wherever and whenever needed. In addition to teaching his classes, he delivers the breakfast carts to all the classrooms, he helps the afternoon parent pick-up line run smoothly and quickly, and he even teaches a music class this year! He is an awesome co-worker and such a blessing to the middle school.

Carrie is the first face many see when they come to Cabool High School or the first voice they hear when they call. She is friendly and helpful to students, parents and staff! Cabool High School is blessed to have her!
Dr. Nathan Christeson (Director of Communications)
Dr. Christeson does an amazing job of highlighting our school district to the community. Not having a newspaper has had a negative impact on bridging the gap between the school and community. He has overcome that with his weekly social media posts and our district magazine. He is an amazing asset to Cabool Schools!
Jennifer DeNario CHS Paraprofessional)
She really goes above and beyond for students and tries her best to get all information and encourages students to succeed. She is also extremely kind and has a sweet nature to herself and to others.
Debra Farr (CHS Cafeteria Staff)
Deb is great with the kids. She encourages them when she feels they need it. She is a joy to have in the high school.
Nichole Honeycutt (CMS Secretary)
Nichole is the heartbeat of the building. We would all be lost without her. She shows unbelievable skill at keeping all the balls in the air throughout the day, and then doing it again the next. She keeps a watchful eye out and is able to speak encouragement to both students and teachers.
Nichole is so helpful. She is the glue that holds us together. Nichole makes sure we stay organized and know what is going on. She is a good listener and always keeps the office running smoothly.
Kathy Jarrett (Assistant Director of Maintenance)
No matter the problem, Mr. Robertson and Mrs. Jarrett will find a solution! Quick response time, professional service, courteous customer service always with a friendly smile. We are blessed to have Brad and Kathy keeping our school operating each day!

Ms. Stephanie is such a blessing to CHS! She has a passion for teaching students life skills they need and does a phenomenal job doing so. She is always looking for new ways to help students and teach them new, exciting things through hands-on activities.
Brad Robertson (District Maintenance Director)
Brad is the type of guy who works not just to get the job done, but to do it right and teach along the way. He shows great direction for his staff and coworkers and leads from the front. Fantastic boss to work for, and a great guy to be around.
Aracley Rodridguez (CES Paraprofessional)
Mrs. Rodriguez has seamlessly transitioned into her role with both ease and professionalism. She engages effectively with all students, providing consistent positive reinforcement that fosters a supportive learning environment. Her depth of knowledge across all subject areas is evident, and her ever-present smile adds a warm and uplifting energy to the workplace. Her positive attitude and dedication make her an invaluable member of the team.
Brad Shockley (CHS Principal)
For nearly 17 years, Mr. Shockley has led the high school through some very strong ups and downs. His leadership has been felt during the loss of coworkers and in any need in our classrooms. He supports teachers and students that work hard to accomplish their goals.
Jason Stuart (CHS Baseball Coach)

Destiny Sutherland (District Food Services Director)
Beyond her role as Food Service Director, Destiny's expertise and dedication make her an invaluable event coordinator for numerous school clubs and groups. She consistently goes above and beyond to support their activities.
Misti Thiele (CMS Counselor)
Mrs. Thiele does an outstanding job! She handles the testing time of year with grace and is still willing to do whatever is needed!
Cretia Ussery (CHS Paraprofessional)
Cretia does her best to make sure each of the students she works with is working hard and doing their best. She also does her best to have a smile on her face and be positive for the students even when she may not be having the best day. It is evident through her kindness that she has a huge heart for our students and wants more than anything to see them succeed.
