Mr. Rance Beller (CHS)
Coach Beller does an excellent job of making the library a comfortable place for students to quietly read a book, or take a test.
Mrs. Elizabeth Copeland (CHS)
Mrs. Copeland has a lot of extra duties to keep up with and she handles all of her "extras" well! I am also thankful she stepped up to help with student council this year.
Elizabeth goes above and beyond for her students and her FCCLA members! She's the best!

Ms. Emily Dobson (CMS)
Emily works well with all her students. She makes learning history fun. She always has a happy attitude.
Mrs. Amber Dotson (CHS)
Mrs. Dotson is such a delight. She challenges students daily in an effort to help them become better young adults.
Mrs. Dotson continues to be an asset to our school. She is kind, understanding, and shows great patience with the students. Her mentoring of the school store provides students the opportunity to gain real life business experiences and practice customer service and communication skills.
Mr. Jeremy Fielder (CMS)
Mr. Fielder always goes above and beyond for his students and colleagues. He is there when you need help with something and also if you just need to talk! Mr. Fielder is a one of a kind teacher!
Mrs. Kara Lane (CMS)
Mrs. Lane has been a great addition to our hallway! We are excited to have her with us!
Mrs. Rachael Martin (CES)
Rachael is an amazing person. She is so bright and full of fun. She has some great ideas and is always willing to share her thoughts and new ideas. Very blessed that she is here with us!
Mrs. Audrey McCarty(CMS)
Audrey goes above and beyond to meet the needs of every student. She works closely with classroom teachers to support student success and is always willing to help wherever needed. Her energy, positivity, and constant smile brighten our school each day. We are truly lucky to have her at CMS!
Ms. Ginger Sneiderman (CHS)
Ms. S is already diving in to support her students—and beyond. She shows up each day with a big smile and a contagious positive attitude!
Ginger is kind to both her colleagues and students. She works hard to make sure everyone around her is taken care of. She sets a great example for our students on how to be positive and treat others in kind and loving way.
Mr. Jeffery Stuart (CHS)
Mr. Stuart provides students with a safe bus ride each day to and from school. He is friendly, patient, and encouraging towards our students while providing structure and discipline on the bus.
Mr. Mackenzie Taff (CMS)
Mrs. Taff is a real dedicated teacher. The kids just love her, and you can tell she loves them back. She does a great job talking with parents and keeps them in the loop. She’s always prepared for class and runs things smooth. We’re lucky to have her on our team.

Mr. Thompson is such a team player. He is positive, helpful, resourceful, and kind, and he has a way of making his students feel truly seen.
Mrs. Julie Thompson (CES)
Mrs. Thompson is truly the heart of her classroom. With a warm smile that greets every student at the door and a consistently positive attitude, she has created an environment where children feel supported and inspired to learn. Her students don’t just perform well academically. They also grow in confidence, kindness, and curiosity. Our school is very blessed to have her.
Mrs. Thompson is an amazing Kindergarten teacher! She is compassionate, kind, and a wonderful co-worker!
Mrs. Juliet VonAllmen (CES)
Juliet works so hard to make sure that all of the children she works with have every need met and that the parents stay fully informed. Not only does she work with 4 different grade levels every day and two different locations, but she also rocks it as our Parents As Teachers Representative/Personnel. She does so much more than most people realize and has to remain flexible each school year as things are constantly changing. Juliet is a rockstar who truly cares about all of her students.
Mrs. Andrea Williams (CES)
Mrs. Williams is phenomenal! She brings knowledge, kindness, organization, and fun to an extremely challenging job—being a PK3 teacher. She is often our students and their guardians' first encounter with a school setting. Mrs. Williams makes this a positive experience for all involved. We are so grateful to have Mrs. Williams and Mrs. Stuart representing our district as successful PK teachers.
Mrs. Abby Warneke (CES)
Abby is such a shining light and her positive attitude is contagious!
Mrs. Warneke always has a quiet word of encouragement for others. She is compassionate and student-focused. She is a joy to work with daily.
Mrs. Cali Walls (CHS)
Coach Walls has worked all summer not only getting the volleyball girls ready for a successful season, but getting her classroom ready for her new role as the High School Art teacher. She brings a good attitude, worth ethic, and dedication every day to her classroom.
Mrs. Theresa Wood (CES)
I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude for Mrs. Wood's contributions as a new member of our elementary school. She has been a remarkable addition to our community.
Mrs. Wood makes all students feel welcome and creates an active and engaging classroom environment. Her efforts are truly appreciated, and I believe she deserves recognition for her hard work and dedication. For maintaining positivity when most people would not be able to.

Nichole Honeycutt (CMS Secretary)
Nichole manages the office with efficiency and a willingness to help wherever she is needed. She keeps CMS organized and running smoothly every day. Nichole truly is the glue that holds us together, and we are so lucky to have her on our team!
Mrs. Alison Howe (CHS Counselor)
Mrs. Howe has worked hard with scheduling and transfer students. She had the high school ready and prepared for the incoming freshmen have transitioned smoothly. She does a great job on a daily basis.
Kathleen Lewis (CMS Custodian)
Kathleen has worked tirelessly, preparing all 3 buildings! Taking on jobs that aren't meant for her but willing to lend a helping hand!! She is so underappreciated.
Christina McColgin (CES Secretary)
Christina had big shoes to fill when she took over this position and she has done amazing! The first day of school went smoothly and everybody got home without a problem!
Christina stepped into a huge role this year. She handles difficulties with grace and patience. She is a wonderful addition to our school!
Christina is doing an amazing job! She has taken on an entire building of students and teachers with enthusiasm, love and grace! She has helped to make sure every student makes it home safely, which is a huge job, as well as taken care of back-to-school jitters and helped teachers with their everyday needs. We are so thankful to have her in the office this year. She is such a great addition to our building!
Sharon Monter (CMS Paraprofessional)
This is Sharon's first year as a para and she has stepped in with no problems. She does well with the students and helps teachers out. She has stepped up to run the School Store and help out wherever she is needed. She always has a happy attitude.
Mrs. Shereen Pettit (District Student Services Process Coordinator | School Psychological Examiner)
I would like to nominate our Process Coordinator, Sheri Pettit, for Staff of the Month. She consistently goes above and beyond to support both staff and students, ensuring that our school's systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Not only is Mrs. Pettit incredibly knowledgeable and dependable, but she also demonstrates a deep commitment to student success and staff support. She is always willing to answer questions, offer guidance, and step in to help wherever needed. She does not have an easy job, but works constantly to ensure students and teachers receive the supports they need.
Mrs. Pettit truly embodies the values of our school community, and her hard work often happens behind the scenes without much recognition. This nomination is a small way to say thank you for all that she does.
Stephanie Pearce (CHS Paraprofessional)
Ms. Stephanie goes above and beyond to make sure her students are successful. She is always willing to help and pick up the slack where needed. She is a huge asset to our district.
