Mrs. Natalie Christeson (CES)
Mrs. C did an amazing job displaying her students' artwork at the student showcase night! She is very creative with her themes and always does a wonderful job highlighting the students' work.
Mr. Bryce Duddridge (CHS)
Coach Duddridge continues to be a positive presence in our school district and has proven to be an exceptional addition to both our teaching and coaching staff. I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication he consistently invests in our students and our school community.
Mr. Duddridge goes above and beyond every day—not just teaching lessons, but supporting and inspiring his students. His enthusiasm, dedication and passion set him apart and make him deserving of Teacher of the Month. Coach Duddridge devotes much time to the teams he coaches, always encouraging students to do their best, making a lasting impact on everyone in his classroom.
Mrs. Samantha Harden (CES)
Mrs. Harden is a dedicated educator in the elementary. She strives to always do what's best for students, pushing them to reach their fullest potential. Her knowledge and student advocacy is incredibly valuable to our district.
Mrs. Harden is an amazing teacher. She dedicates herself to helping all of her students achieve growth in reading. She is constantly adding to her abilities to make sure she brings the best to each student. Mrs. Harden consistently goes above her own duties to help others out. I am so thankful to have her as a part of our district and working with our students.
Mrs. Lacy Moore (CMS)
Mrs. Moore has such a love for agriculture, biology, and all things science. Her passion is shown through her teaching, activities, and projects throughout the year. She is always willing to collaborate with colleagues and teach those of all ages. CMS is blessed to have Mrs. Moore!
Mrs. Rachel Martin (CES)
Mrs. Martin is a phenomenal teacher! She has excellent classroom management skills, works hard to ensure all standards are being met, and leads her team well. She shares resources and wisdom with other grade levels, respects others' ideas, and is a joy to have in our building. Thank you, Mrs. Martin!
Mrs. Kate Presser (CMS & CHS)
I am honored to nominate Katie Presser for Teacher of the Month. While many see only the final performance, those of us in the band room see the hundreds of hours Mrs. Presser spends building a "first-class" program where every student feels valued. Her energy is the heartbeat of our music department. She teaches her students that music is about more than just notes—it’s about discipline, perseverance, and listening to one another. Beyond the classroom, Mrs. Presser is a tireless advocate for the arts. Whether she is mentoring younger musicians at the middle school/working with the Band Boosters/ or running concessions at the Dog Auction, she ensures our program is a place of true belonging. She doesn’t just build better musicians; she builds better people.
Mrs. Jackie Sheppard (CES)
Jackie is an advocate for our students and district. She stays up to date on issues that directly affect our school and community to ensure we remain informed. She works with outside organizations to be a voice for teachers, parents, and students. Jackie is truly an example of going above and beyond! I am thankful to have someone that is willing to take a stand and be a positive light in our District!
Mrs. Kristen Sheppard (CES)
Mrs. Sheppard shows students love and compassion every day. She is positive and encouraging to her students each time I pass them in the hallway. They really seem to love and admire her!
Mrs. Lacy Sigman (CMS)
This is her first year as the teacher and not the para. She is doing an amazing job with the students and the massive paperwork involved with special education. She is always eager to help anyone out when help is needed.
Mrs. Victoria Sigman (CES)
Mrs. Sigman is a thoughtful and kind educator who genuinely loves teaching her students. She works hard every day to make sure she is teaching correctly and meaningfully. She understands that every child learns differently and meets them where they are, with patience and care. She deeply cares about her students’ progress and success—celebrating their growth and supporting them through challenges. Mrs. Sigman also takes great pride in her professional responsibilities. She is committed to getting her meetings right and ensures that all important documentation is completed accurately and thoroughly. Her attention to detail and dedication reflect how much she values her role and her students. Beyond the classroom, she is a wonderful colleague and friend. She builds trust with those she works with, especially her paraprofessionals. She does not micromanage but instead shows confidence in her team, trusting that the work will be done. She is understanding and flexible in different circumstances, creating a positive and respectful work environment.
Mrs. Ginger Sneiderman (CHS)
We are so lucky to have Ginger with us. She is in it for the students and will do anything to help them out. She not only teaches them school work but things they can take with them in the real world.
Ms. Sneiderman really cares about students. She is always willing to listen to their problems and is willing to help them solve them. I appreciate her positive attitude on a daily basis.
Mrs. Tristian Slater (CES)
Mrs. Slater makes learning fun, exciting, and something students look forward to everyday. She is kind, patier, and always takes the time to make every student feel important and supported. Mrs. Slater is a great colleague, she is always ready to lend a hand, answer questions, and offer support when it's needed most!
Mrs. Jason Stuart (CES)
Coach Stuart always makes PE fun and interesting. Him, along with Mrs. Arce and Mrs. Windsor made the Winter Olympics come to life for 3rd and 4th grade. They held a Winter Olympics for our students, complete with medals and they got their picture taken on the Gold, Silver, and Bronze stand. They have gone above and beyond all year for our students. We are really lucky to have Coach Stuart in our building!
Mr. Jeremy Thompson (CHS)
Jeremy always has something positive to say to our students and encourages them to do their best. It it is easy to see that he truly wants to see our students succeed.
Mrs. Juliet VonAllmen (CES)
Juliet does a phenomenal job with helping the kids learn and grow. Her heart really longs to see them succeed and she does everything she can to make that happen!
Mrs. VonAllmen is truly exceptional. Her patience, kindness, and genuine care create a nurturing environment where every student feels valued, supported, and able to thrive.
Mrs. Cali Walls (CHS)
Cali has come back to work from maternity leave and hit the ground running! She has managed a crazy-hectic schedule both in her classroom and on the volleyball court. She is dedicated to building her program and investing in the future of our kids. Great job Coach!
Mrs. Abby Warneke (CES)
Abby is reliable, kind, and patient. She is easy to work with, always bringing a positive attitude to coworkers and students. She is quick to offer resources, advice, a kind word, and simply help out whenever needed. Thank you!
Abby is a delight to work with. She is professional, kind and a team player. She knows her kids' individual needs and does all she can to ensure each one is successful.

Beth Gorton (CES Custodian)
Beth's desire to create a clean, safe environment for students and staff does not go unnoticed. Beth is often found going above and beyond to ensure the grounds look neat and well-kept. We are so fortunate to have Beth taking care of our building and grounds.
Beth is a SUPER HERO! She goes above and beyond to make our school look AMAZING! If Beth sees something that needs to be done or cleaned, she does it. You always know when she is on campus because things get done! She is truly a gem!
Carrie Christeson (CHS Secretary)
Mrs. Carrie keeps things running smoothly at the High School. My fellow staff members and I would be lost without her.
Dr. Nathan Christeson (Director of Communications/AP)
Nate wears MANY hats in our district. He is pulled in many directions on a daily basis and still maintains a positive attitude. He makes a point to check on staff members daily and I can always count on him to step in when needed!
Megan Cole (Speech/Language Pathologist)
Mrs. Cole is a gift to our school district! She knows her job well and does well serving our students. She communicates well with parents and staff. She is a positive advocate for every student and a bright light to all who work with her. Her case load is enormous, but she makes sure all students are given services without complaint and even takes time to help other teachers! We love Mrs. Megan Cole!
I would like to nominate Megan Cole for Staff Member of the Month in recognition of her outstanding dedication as our district Speech-Language Pathologist. Megan serves students across all buildings, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every student receives the support they need to be successful. Megan does an exceptional job managing a demanding caseload, all while staying organized with scheduling and maintaining thorough, timely paperwork. Despite being stretched across multiple buildings and responsibilities, she approaches her work with professionalism, positivity, and a strong commitment to students. She builds meaningful relationships with students and staff, creating a supportive environment that fosters growth in communication and confidence. Megan is also a valuable resource to teachers and staff, always willing to collaborate and provide helpful strategies. Her hard work, dedication, and ability to balance so many responsibilities—often while being overextended—do not go unnoticed. Megan is truly an asset to our district, and I am proud to nominate her for Staff Member of the Month.
Allison Howe (CHS Counselor)
I would like to recognize Allison Howe for her outstanding dedication and support to our students. She consistently provides guidance, encouragement, and a safe space for all. Her college readiness meetings with our HS students preparing them for future decisions makes a meaningful difference in our school community. Mrs. Howe makes students feel heard and valued, helping them navigate both academic and personal challenges with confidence.
Kathy Jarrett (Custodian)
Kathy has a great attitude and will get the job done no matter what. She is very dependable and a very hard worker. Always has a smile for you.
Sarah Long (District Nurse)
Sarah has a big job and does it exceedingly well. She hustles from building to building as needed caring for our students, and staff, too. She maintains a positive attitude with the perfect amount of humor mixed in to get through her very demanding days.
Lindsey Miller (CES Paraprofessional)
I would like to nominate Lindsey Miller for Staff Member of the Month in recognition of their consistent dedication, patience, and positive impact on students and staff. They go above and beyond each day to support student learning, providing individualized assistance and encouragement that helps students succeed both academically and socially. Lindsey demonstrates strong professionalism, flexibility, and a willingness to step in wherever needed. She builds meaningful relationships with students, creating a safe and supportive environment where all learners feel valued and understood. Her calm demeanor and commitment to student growth make a noticeable difference in the classroom. In addition, they are a dependable team member who collaborates effectively with teachers and staff, contributing to a positive school culture. She hards work often goes behind the scenes, but it does not go unnoticed. For these reasons, I am proud to nominate her for Staff Member of the Month.
Sharon Monter (CMS Paraprofessional)
Sharon has done a wonderful job this year working with special needs students. She helps the classroom teachers and the special education teacher out tremendously. She helps run our student store and is involved with our schools softball. She is always eager to help out wherever she is needed.
David Quinnones (CHS Paraprofessional)
I would like to nominate Mr. Q for Staff Member of the Month. Although he has only been in his role for about a month, he has already made a meaningful impact in our classroom. He stepped in during a time of transition, remained flexible, and supported both students and staff with a positive attitude. Mr. Q is patient, dependable, and genuinely cares about the success of the students he works with, while also building strong relationships with those around him.
Makalah Reese (CMS Paraprofessional)
Miss Makalah does a remarkable job with the students she serves and always shares a smile. Makalah has been a wonderful addition to our building and will make a wonderful teacher! We can't wait to see what all her future holds!
Brad Shockley (CHS Principal)
A leader who consistently upholds high standards in the building, creates clear expectations, and ensures everyone knows where they stand. He is incredibly supportive and plays a vital role in making the school a better place each day. He will truly be missed.
