Mrs. Alejandra Arce (CES)
Mrs. Arce has done a wonderful job of not only connecting with her students but also making it enjoyable for all. Oftentimes you can hear students signing along to the songs she has taught them well after her class is over. She is a blessing to have here!
Mr. Rance Beller (CHS)
Coach Beller wears multiple "hats" here at Cabool R-IV. And through it all, he somehow still finds time to help any and all who stop by his room with a question.
Mrs. Natalie Christeson (CES & CMS)
Mrs. C is always looking for new and creative ways to make art class fun. She does a great job keeping students interested in projects and the history of art.
Mrs. Olivia Christeson (CHS)
Mrs. Christeson does a great job with our math students. She is also a joy to work with.

Ms. Emily Dobson (CMS)
Ms. Dobson is such a creative teacher! She goes above and beyond to make each unit fun and different than the last. The projects the students complete are encouraging and motivational. She is such a great asset for our building!
Mr. Bryce Duddridge (CHS)
Coach Dudderidge is an outstanding teacher who motivates his students and athletes to do their best and feel confident. He creates a positive, supportive environment where every student can succeed. His dedication, encouragement, and passion make a meaningful impact every day.
Mrs. Taylor Goforth (CES)
Mrs. Goforth is an amazing Math teacher. The way she makes sure her students enjoy school while learning is an inspiration!
Mrs. Jennifer Gossard (CES)
I would like to nominate Mrs. Jennifer Gossard for Teacher of the Month. In addition to managing a full schedule as an outstanding elementary teacher, she continually encourages and supports her fellow teachers in the elementary building. Mrs. Gossard is an encourager to everyone around her, consistently lifting others up with kindness, positivity, and a genuine desire to help. This year, she also took on the role of Color Guard Mom, Sponsor, and Coach, pouring her time and heart into our program. She has held practices, extra practices, and provided constant support to our color guard students, helping them grow in confidence and skill. Her dedication directly strengthened the band’s visual program, and her leadership played a key role in the guard earning the caption award for Outstanding Color Guard and General Effect. Mrs. Gossard’s patience, energy, and unwavering commitment make her an invaluable asset to Cabool Schools, and she is incredibly deserving of this recognition.
Mrs. Jamie Hanson (CHS)
Mrs. Hanson is dedicated to teaching students and does whatever it takes to make sure they learn.
Mrs. Hanson does a great job connecting with her students, encouraging them to maximize their learning potential. She is kind, considerate, and proactive in helping students with their concerns. Her students express they appreciate her safe, supportive learning environment.
Mrs. Wendy Inman(CHS)
I appreciate Mrs. Inman’s dedication to the many roles she fills. She consistently goes above and beyond for our students, and she did a fabulous job leading them in The Phantom of the Opera.
Mrs. Sheena Jackson (CHS)
Mrs. Jackson is always looking for ways to expand the positive impact her class can offer her students. Ms Jackson is always ready to help and does not shy away from difficult situations. Ms Jackson is organized and also always willing to help out other teachers and paraprofessionals.
Mrs. Jackson is always concerned about the well being of her students and goes above and beyond to assure that they have the necessary tools to succeed. She is also very supportive of the paraprofessionals assigned to her students and lets them have imput in the care of the students.
Mrs. Kaitlen Kelley (CMS)
Mrs. Kelley goes above and beyond to reach her students academic needs while also connecting with them to form lasting relationships.
Mrs. Kara Lane (CMS)
Mrs. Lane is doing such a great job making sure that the students are understanding the material! She is a great teacher!
Mrs. Cassidy Lovan (CES)
Mrs. Lovan is always looking for fun ways to engage her students! She has great ideas and you can tell her students love her! You can always find her interacting with students and making them feel noticed!
Mr. Matt Rogers (CHS)
Mr. Rogers does a great job balancing his classroom with his sports responsibilities.
Mrs. Sarah Prock (CES)
Sarah finds a way to build relationships with her students. She fosters a sense of belonging, enabling students to develop confidence and believe in themselves. Because of this, Sarah is able to teach students to use strategies and learn through making mistakes. She truly cares about her students and focuses on building them up!
Mrs. Jeannie Thompson (CES)
Mrs. T is such a fun teacher! From her cute and spunky earrings to her engaging educational centers, she is the perfect fit for our kindergarteners. She is a wealth of knowledge and is always willing to help others. I have been on the receiving end of her generous support, and I am very grateful for her. She is respectful of her co-workers, and her down-to-earth personality makes everyone want to be around her. How lucky we are to have Mrs. T!
Mr. Jeremy Thompson (CHS)
Mr. Thompson is fun and energetic as the Bill Nye the Science Guy of Cabool High. Whether it be frogs, body parts, ACT prep, or Mitosis he keeps students engaged and learning. He teaches the Science of Life while preparing our students for life. Good Job Mr. T!
Mr. Thompson goes above and beyond to ensure students feel valued and loved. I hear so many positive conversations from students about Mr. Thompson!
Mr. Jason VonAllmen (CMS)
Mr. Vonallmen does such a great job teaching and great at all the other hats he wears. He is so great to work with and just a great guy!
Mrs. Sally Weller (CES)
Mrs. Weller truly cares for each of her students. She not only cares about their academic success, but also their health and character, and she encourages them to grow in all areas. I can guarantee she remembers every single student she has taught and the wonderful experiences they have shared together in her classroom. Her students thrive under her rigorous yet loving instruction.

I have so much respect for Mr. Wood. He has proven that he is truly a dedicated professional and has a strong commitment to his students and a strong focus for teaching his students. He does nothing to draw attention to himself; he is a business-as-usual guy who does not get the credit he deserves.

Mrs. Wood is so kind and meets her students needs with just the right mix of high standards a meeting them where they are. She does more than teach content, she shows kindness and compassion and creates a positive learning environment.

Mrs. Debra always has a smile on her face delivering breakfast and snacks. She is kind, funny, and enlightens the day of our students by providing them nutrition to power their learning. Most importantly Mrs. Debra is a caring person who uplifts those around her.

Sara Long (District Nurse)
Nurse Long is very compassionate with the students and the staff. She teaches everyone the skills to be healthy and safe.
One Nurse for a district - she covers three buildings in this whole district by herself ( with the help of the secretaries) and does not skip a beat. Very approachable, always pleasant and cheerful in all weathers, she is appreciated and needs to know it.
Raziel Maiser (CES Paraprofessional)
Mrs. M is a multi-talented individual. She is a natural with kids and understands best teaching practices. Her creativity and kindness make her a favorite among students and staff. She has truly made Cabool Elementary an even better place with her presence.

Karen has such a big heart, she is so nice and will do anything for anyone. So glad she works here at the middle school.
Mrs. Riley is such a sweet and kind person. She is flexible in her schedule day to day and never has a complaint. She has a positive personality and does such a good job with her students. We are so happy to have her here at the middle school.
Aracely Rodriguez (CES Paraprofessional)
Mrs. A has a heart of gold. She truly cares for the children, and the students she helps reciprocate that love. She is always willing to help with anything others need. She is thoughtful and giving, and she makes her co-workers feel special—especially on their birthdays. The staff and children are blessed to have her love and support!
Stephanie Pearce (CHS Paraprofessional)
Ms. Pearce is in her second year at Cabool High School, and she consistently brings heart, dedication, and compassion to our students. Her one-on-one support is invaluable, and her love for cooking shines in our Life Skills classroom. She is always willing to step up whenever needed, and we are so grateful for the care she brings to our school community.
