Mrs. Alejandra Arce (CES)
Mrs. Arce genuinely cares for her students. She goes the extra mile to make sure her concerts are a great experience for all students, parents, and staff. She loves doing the extra detailed work to elevate the emotions and feelings for the concerts. She sings lovely and she's a joy to be around. All the students are fascinated by her teaching technique.
Mr. Rance Beller (CHS)
Coach Beller has done an impressive job of taking care of the library, helping students navigate their way through their college classes, and still brings the discipline to those in ISS in a fair manner.
Mrs. Jessica Brotherton (CES)
Mrs. B has an amazing gift for making learning silly, fun, and engaging, creating an space where students feel safe and excited to learn! Even on the hardest days Mrs. B always gives her best to her students. She loves each one with her whole heart and our students are so lucky to have her!
Mrs. Olivia Christeson (CHS)
Mrs. Christeson is a great addition to the high school math department. She is patient and kind. I appreciate her willingness to really do what's best for her students.
Mrs. April Collins (CES)
April has a heart for her students and it shows. Any student would be lucky to have her.
Mrs. Collins is a Pre-K whisperer. She is a natural with these little ones, and they respond to her and learn quickly. She deeply cares about her Pre-K students, even taking the time to brush and braid their hair when they are in need of extra care. She is loving, patient, and supportive, which makes her not only a great teacher but also a wonderful person to work with.
Mr. Glen Cox (CHS)
When I need help, Coach Cox always steps up and offers anything he can. It is very much appreciated.
Mrs. Amber Dotson (CHS)
Mrs. Dotson wears many hats—business teacher, bookstore manager, FBLA advisor, and organizer of countless events and trips—all while keeping students at the center of everything she does. She creates opportunities for students to try new things, explore real-world business ventures, and gain skills that truly translate beyond the classroom. Even more impressive is the way she builds genuine relationships with every student she serves. Her passion, dedication, and impact make her a teacher I truly look up to.
Mr. Bryce Duddridge (CHS)
Coach Dudderidge consistently goes above and beyond for his students and athletes each day. He builds strong relationships with them and creates an environment where they feel supported, encouraged, and motivated to do their best. Coach Dudderidge consistently models positivity, perseverance, and respect, helping students develop not only their physical skills but also confidence and character. He pushes students to challenge themselves in positive ways.
Coach D is doing a very good job at balancing class and coaching as a young teacher. He has a good attitude, is hard working, and a positive addition to the High School.
Coach Duddridge has made a big impact on our students. He is willing to help our student groups (HS volleyball) to make them better. He shows respect towards our students while being approachable and kind. We are proud to have him at Cabool HS!
Mrs. Taylor Goforth (CES)
Taylor's dedication to the students in our district doesn't go unnoticed. She consistently strives to improve the educational experience of all students she works with. Her knowledge and expertise in the area of Elementary Mathematics is a great asset to our building. I appreciate her friendly smile and upbeat attitude. She is a joy to work with.
Mrs. Samantha Harden (CES)
Samantha is a dedicated teacher whose expertise does not go unnoticed. She strives to always do what is best for students and is a supportive colleague. Using her expertise, she consistently steps in to provide support to both colleagues and students when called upon. I appreciate her dedication to ensuring that students in our building reach their full potential while having the necessary supports in place.
Mrs. Rachael Martin (CES)
I want to be more like Mrs. Martin. She is kind, giving, optimistic, and calm. She always greets everyone with a smile and creates a welcoming and loving environment in her classroom. It is clear that she cares deeply for each of her students and takes the time to teach them not only math and reading, but also life skills and character. We are very lucky to have her as both a teacher and a friend.
Mr. Ethan Meeks (CMS)

Jackie is AMAZING! She collaborates with all staff to meet the needs of students. She stays up-to-date with current research and provides quality, research-based instruction. She consistently steps in where needed and brings a positive attitude to our building!

Ms. Ginger Sneiderman (CHS)
I am honored to nominate Ms. S for Teacher of the Month. She is truly the cheerleader of our building, bringing positivity, encouragement, and joy to both students and staff each and every day. Ms. S is consistently kind, uplifting, and thoughtful in her interactions. She works tirelessly to accommodate the individual needs of her students, ensuring that each child feels supported, valued, and capable of success. Her classroom is a place where students feel safe, encouraged, and motivated to do their best. Students often describe Ms. S as happy, patient, encouraging, and incredibly kind. She has a natural ability to multitask while maintaining a calm and positive presence, and she never misses an opportunity to offer a sincere compliment or a word of encouragement. Her affirmations build confidence in students and brighten the days of fellow teachers as well. Ms. S’s unwavering positivity, dedication to her students, and genuine care for others make her an invaluable member of our school community.

Having Mrs. Weller in our school district is such a blessing! She works hard to make sure all her students reach their full potential. Her test scores are always great showing progress for her students. In addition, Mrs. Weller's influence is felt beyond the curriculum. She models kindness and community. Her students learn to love themselves and others. Mrs. Weller also is generous to her co-workers creating a positive school culture. Dr. Nathan Christeson (District Communications/Asst. Principal)
Dr. Christeson has many job duties within the Cabool School District and does them all very well. When working with students, parents, staff members, or others in the community, he is always polite and professional.
Dr. C juggles many responsibilities in our district. He handles all of his duties with a smile on his face and is always available to help students and staff with any problems that arise.
Megan Cole (Speech/Language Pathologist)
Mrs. Cole is such a treasure! She is knowledgeable, efficient, and great at what she does. She goes above and beyond; often working after contracted hours. Her support of our students and staff is genuine and so appreciated!
Beth Gorton (CES Custodian)
Beth is an unsung hero. She keeps our school sparkly and squeaky clean. Everything she does is done with love and a smile on her face. She is the greatest cheerleader, always encouraging and believing in others. Her service to the school, the students, and the staff does not go unnoticed. Her work is essential, and we could not function or provide the children with a proper, clean, and safe space to learn without her. Thank you, Beth, for your hard work, for keeping me company during those late nights when I stay to study, and for believing in me. You are the best!

Beth goes above and beyond to keep our school looking beautiful! She never stops! When walking down the hall, she randomly stops to clean a spot as she travels to her next task. She is literally a superhero who appears when you call! We are extremely blessed to have her in our building!
We were so excited to see Ms. Beth rejoin the elementary. She takes great pride in ensuring that our children come to school to learn in a clean, safe environment. She always has a smile on her face and is friendly to all she encounters.
John Mark Hale (Coach/Bus Driver)
Coach Hale is always there when you need him. He does many things for our school district and our students. He treats students with respect, supports them throughout their many endeavors, and is a huge asset to our community.
Rob Lundberg (Bus Driver)
I would like to enthusiastically nominate Mr. Rob Lundberg for Staff Member of the Month. Known affectionately to students as “Mr. Rob,” he is a constant source of support, kindness, and positivity within our school community. Mr. Rob truly “understands the assignment,” as our students would say. Whether he is accompanying the band on trips, helping behind the scenes, or stepping in wherever he is needed, he does so with a servant’s heart and a genuine love for our students. When the band visits nursing homes to carol or perform, Mr. Rob goes above and beyond by engaging with residents—taking time to visit, listen, and make meaningful connections that leave a lasting impact on everyone involved. He never hesitates to help unload heavy equipment or assist in any capacity necessary to ensure our students’ success and safety. His willingness to jump in, his strong work ethic, and his compassionate nature do not go unnoticed by staff or students. Mr. Rob exemplifies what it means to support students both inside and outside the classroom. His dedication, kindness, and positive presence make him incredibly deserving of this recognition.

Cason Popham (CHS Paraprofessional)
Mr. Popham is a new paraprofessional this year, and he has already made a positive impact on our school. He works exceptionally well with his one-on-one student, consistently showing patience, kindness, and dedication. Mr. Popham is always early, dependable, and treats all students with respect and care.
Raziel Maiser (CES Paraprofessional)
Raz is a wonderful paraprofessional. She's so awesome to converse with. Very knowledgeable; she knows her stuff. She works great with the kids.
