Mrs. Alex Arce (CES)
Mrs. Arce is phenomenal! She makes music fun and engaging! She has gone above and beyond to make lessons come to life, including painting her face every day for every class! She makes her classes feel seen and loved!
Mr. Tanner Barnes (CMS)
Tanner works so hard and does a great job working with the kids. He is a very good and thoughtful coach. He is a hard working teacher. I'm glad he is a Bulldog!
Mr. Rance Beller (CHS)
Coach Bellers' comprehensive knowledge of the "fan favorites", his mastery of the Dewey Decimal System, and his understanding of the electronic checkout system mean students can be sent to the correct section of the library in minutes, if not seconds, to find the perfect book for their reading pleasure.
Mrs. Ashlee Clifton (CMS)
Mrs. Clifton is always willing to help with whatever is needed, is constantly looking at different things she can do with each kid that she helps, and is willing to help them with whatever they need. Not to mention they LOVE her!
Mrs. April Collins (CES)
Mrs. Collins shares her experience and positivity to all around her. The students in her care grow every day under her kind and purposeful teaching. Students, staff, and parents love her and the experience she brings to every day to her difficult job. We are so thankful for Mrs. Collins!
Mrs. Elizabeth Copeland (CHS)
Mrs. Copeland wears a lot of hats and does a great job in her many roles. Homecoming ran very smoothly and was a success under her guidance.

Mrs. Copeland is an accomplished FCCLA advisor who continually creates opportunities for her students to grow as leaders, achieve success, and represent our school with pride. In addition to her work with FCCLA, she goes above and beyond as the yearbook advisor. Her attention to detail and dedication ensure that every student and activity is represented in the yearbook. Most recently, Mrs. Copeland demonstrated her commitment to our students and staff by scheduling sports pictures on a non-school day. This thoughtful decision not only required her to sacrifice her own time, but it also protected valuable instructional time for both students and teachers. Her selflessness, leadership, and tireless work ethic make Mrs. Copeland an outstanding role model and a deserving candidate for Teacher of the Month.
Mrs. Natalie Christeson (CES & CMS)
Mrs. C has such a sweet and kind personality. Her brightness shines through daily. Mrs. C makes sure her classroom is well organized, prepared, and upholds a positive, creative environment. Students feel welcomed and are encouraged to try new things. For several students this is one of their favorite classes. We are lucky to have her with us at CMS.
Mrs. Olivia Christeson (CHS)
She has brought math to life for our underclassmen! Excited to have her here in Cabool!
Olivia always has a smile on her face! She is kind and caring to students and goes above and beyond to prepare quality lessons that students understand. She is such a huge asset to CHS!
Mrs. Christeson is doing a great job in the classroom and has been a wonderful addition to CHS. She works hard to ensure that her students have what they need in the classroom to complete their assignments and achieve their best.
So proud to see one of our former students at the high school teaching the next group of Cabool Students. Olivia is doing a wonderful job and the students are learning a lot.

Mr. Bryce Duddridge (CHS)
Coach Duddridge has been an outstanding addition to our district. From day one, he has made it a priority to build strong, positive relationships with his students and athletes. His commitment to their growth goes beyond the field and the weight room. He takes the time to coach students individually, focusing on proper form, safe lifting techniques, and setting personal goals. As a result, students in his conditioning class have seen significant progress and increased confidence. His passion, expertise, and mentorship are making a lasting impact on our students.
Mrs. Taylor Goforth (CES)
Mrs. Goforth is an amazing teacher who finds ways to reach all of her students. She is a blessing to have at Cabool Elementary!
Mrs. Wendy Inman (CHS)
Mrs. Inman is a dedicated, hard worker who continues to raise the bar of success for our high school. She pours patience, effort, and perseverance into developing students to their fullest potential. She is a kind, genuine person who deeply cares for her students and their individual success.
Mrs. Cassidy Lovan (CES)
Mrs. Lovan has made great connections with her students! She makes learning fun and engaging. She is always looking for ways to enhance learning. She is very calm and patient!

Mrs. Lacy Moore (CMS)
Mrs. Moore is always going above and beyond to make her lessons engaging. She sparks creativity and critical thinking with her out-of-the-box projects. She is truly in her element teaching science and I love working with her.
Mrs. Sarah Prock (CES)
Sarah is the data-keeping Queen who goes out of her way to help struggling students meet their math goals in a fun and interactive way.
Sarah is a fantastic part of the intervention team. She consistently strives to provide quality math intervention focused on supporting student needs with targeted instruction based on data. Sarah is an encouraging and supportive member of our staff who puts the needs of others first. She is truly one of a kind!
Mr. Matt Rogers (CHS)
Shoutout to Mr. Rogers for his dedication and hard work in balancing homecoming responsibilities, serving as a freshmen sponsor, coaching football, and teaching in the classroom! What a whirlwind couple of weeks!
Mrs. Tristan Slater (CES)
Mrs. Slater is such an amazing teacher! She works so hard on building relationships with her students and their families. She finds ways to motivate students and holds all of her students to high standards. She is also a great coworker and teammate!

Mr. Stuart is always there for his students to help in all areas from academics to just making them smile. He loves driving his bus as well. The kids are lucky to have such an engaged teacher.

Mrs. Juliet VonAllmen (CES)
Juliet tackles every situation with a smile. She meets her students where they are with kindness and encouragement. She is constantly uplifting her coworkers with positive words and a hug. Most impressively, she is always striving to do better whether it be her instruction or paperwork. Juliet is such an asset to your district!
Mrs. VonAllmen deserves to be Teacher of the Month for the countless hours she puts in to ensure students get the best support possible. She is a professional who always puts students first. Her positive attitude and amazing smile brighten the day for both students and staff.

Joy Beeler (CES Counselor)
Mrs. Beeler is a valuable asset to the elementary school. She consistently goes above and beyond to meet the diverse needs of her students, demonstrating dedication and commitment. Her approach ensures that each child receives the support and encouragement necessary to thrive academically and socially. Mrs. Beeler's efforts significantly enhance the learning experience for all her students.
Nichole Honeycutt (CMS Secretary)
Mrs. Honeycutt is always willing to do whatever is needed for staff and students! We couldn't do it without her!
Nichole not only manages the office this year but is covering nurse duties as well. She keeps things well organized and running smoothly. We are blessed to have her at CMS!
Kathleen Lewis (CMS Custodian)
Kathleen is a reliable asset to our building. We wouldn’t know what to do without her! She solves so many different problems throughout the day, and we are so blessed to have her keeping everything running smoothly. Her hard work, positive attitude, and willingness to help in any situation make her an important part of our school family.
Sarah Long (District Nurse)
I would like to nominate Nurse Long for Staff Member of the Month.
Nurse Long goes above and beyond each day to take care of all of our students and staff. She carries an enormous responsibility in ensuring the health and well-being of everyone at Cabool R-4, and she approaches this role with professionalism, patience, and compassion.
She works tirelessly to make sure every student receives exactly the care they need, whether that means handling day-to-day health concerns, addressing emergencies, or providing reassurance and support. Her dedication to our school community is evident in the way she serves both students and staff with kindness and commitment.
Nurse Long’s hard work, steady presence, and genuine care make her an invaluable member of our team and a deserving recipient of Staff Member of the Month.
Raziel Maiser (CES Paraprofessional)
Mrs. M. is such a great para! She genuinely cares about each student, works on challenging them academically, and encourages social-emotional skills. She works well with students and staff. We are so grateful to have her at the elementary!
Allison Paul (CES Paraprofessional)
Mrs. Allison has brought many gifts to share with our district when she became a special education para. She is kind, hard working, and knowledgeable. She stepped right into her role as a paraprofessional helping students and staff to learn and grow. Sign language is a valuable method of communication for some of our non verbale students and she has been able to teach signs to children with ease. She does everything that is asked of her and more! She highly deserves to be staff member of the month.
Karen Riley (CMS Paraprofessional)
Mrs. Riley is consistently showing love and patience with the children she works with every time I see her. She always has a smile on her face and something positive to say. She is a light in our building and works so well with her students.
Karen is so good and patient with the students she works with. She has such a big heart and is so sweet and selfless. I am so glad to work with her at the middle school.
Aracley Rodridguez (CES Paraprofessional)
Ms. A has been such a great addition to our classroom. She’s positive, supportive, and always willing to help our students. We’re lucky to have her, and she definitely deserves this recognition.
Allen Scharf (Custodian)
Allen did an amazing job at the Cabool Invitational volleyball tournament. I watched him multiple times throughout the day cleaning messes seemingly before they even happened. From the court level to the catwalk, no mess or trash was missed. Keeping the gym looking spotless, all the while with a smile on his face and a kind comment for anyone.
I was so impressed by his effort during the Cabool Volleyball Tournament. He was everywhere helping and cleaning up as the day went by!
Brad Shockley (CHS Principal)
Mr. Shockley leads our students by example, instilling quality values into our students. He is firm and consistent in discipline, holding each student accountable for their actions. He finds creative ways to connect with the students (practicing against our HS volleyball team). Making the team whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Misti Thiele (CMS Counselor)
Misti jumps in and assists in any situation. She is easygoing, with a demeanor that makes staff and students comfortable seeking her guidance. Her commitment to both students and staff is evident as she ensures they have the support they need.
Cretia Ussery (CHS Paraprofessional)
Ms. Ussary truly loves and cares about the students in our district. She is so helpful and kind to them and is a very hard worker!
Shane Wallace (District SRO)
Officer Wallace always has a smile on his face and jokes and interacts with the students every day. He can also be firm with them as needed. He makes everyone, from the students to the staff, feel safe and like family.
